Starting out as a carpenters apprentice in 1967, working with Ray and Don Fagaly in White Oak, Ohio, a small Cincinnati, Ohio suburb, the beginnings of CAPS Builder started as a teenager painting waterproofing tar on a poured foundation wall. \u00a0From that humble beginning to todays technologically advanced framing, electrical and electronics, CAPS Builder has grown and expended our offerings.<\/p>\n
The craftsmanship of Don and Ray’s rough and finish carpentry skills has been the hallmark of our company for over seventy years. Ray Fagaly built his reputation as a finish carpenter working for various families in and around Miamitown, Ohio. HIs skill with building fine, furniture quality cabinetry along with finish trim brought beauty to area home and business’s. \u00a0Later Ray teamed with Don, his only son, in the early 1960’s and started Fagaly and Son General Contracting. \u00a0Don brought a mixture of traditional carpentry as well as design\/build skills he had learned in the service. \u00a0Through out the 1960’s Don and Ray built high quality room additions, new homes and small business’s in the western Cincinnati metropolitan area, mostly staying in the Miamitown, to White Oak areas west of Cincinnati. \u00a0Teaming with various other trade partners, Fagaly and Son built some of this areas finest homes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
